This site is built on WordPress and offers a paid membership. Depending on how you interact with it, we may collect the following:

  • Membership accounts: If you sign up for a membership, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password to create and manage your account. You can view, edit, or delete your account information at any time by logging in, or by contacting us.
  • Payments: Membership payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive, see, or store your full payment card or banking details. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Newsletter signup: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address through MailerLite, our email service provider. We use this solely to send you newsletter updates, and never share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.
  • Contact form or email: If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content, used solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Consulting/client work: If you engage us for paid consulting or freelance services after contacting us (whether through our contact form or by direct email), we additionally collect and process the files, manuscripts, and correspondence you share with us for that work, along with payment and invoicing details needed to bill and receive payment for the engagement. This information is used solely to deliver the agreed services and is not shared beyond what’s needed to complete the work (e.g., with our payment processor).
  • Comments: Commenting is disabled across this site. If you encounter a page where a comment is still able to be submitted, we would collect the comment content, your name/email if provided, and your IP address, used only for spam prevention and moderation.
  • Log data: Like most websites, our server may automatically log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, date/time, pages visited) for security and site administration. This is not linked to your identity.
